“Skid-based systems are compact units designed to meet specific project needs. A strong frame is designed for quick and safe mobility. Depending on the system type and capacity, skids come in a wide range of layouts.

Our industrial project engineering section may integrate conventional or custom-made goods into skid-based packages based on project specifications. A number of design codes can be used to manufacture SKID units (ASME, PED, etc.)

PREFABRICATION PIPING SPOOL

Prefabrication of pipe spools is a proven method for reducing site building costs and time while ensuring a high-quality product. The capability to correctly prepare pipe spools and deliver them on schedule to the building site is essential to the overall success of the project. We develop and produce pipe spools in accordance with ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) code, PED (Pressure Equipment Directive) EN and DIN standards, and our clients’ special requirements.

Pipe spools will be manufactured by semi-automatic pipe-cutting equipment without mistake if you select INOVATERM for your projects. SLOTTED AND PERFORATED PIPES

 

“Pipe CNC Plasma Cutting Machines are available at INOVATERM’s workshop. These Machines can cut all sizes of casing pipe with wall thicknesses ranging from 2 mm to 25 mm.

We perforate a broad variety of materials, including carbon grades, alloys, stainless steel, and chrome. We can slot or perforate customer-owned materials or we can supply the material and provide a turnkey solution by delivering your products after slotting in our facility.”
